According to Hinduism, Brahman is said to be ineffable and higher than any description of God in personal form.   Brahman, in the Upanishads, the supreme existence or absolute reality. It is conceived as eternal, conscious, irreducible, infinite, omnipresent, and the spiritual core of the universe. Differences in interpretation of brahman characterize the various schools of Vedanta, one of the six systems of Hindu philosophy.

God or Tao or the Absolute or Allah or Jehovah or Brahma - or whatever you prefer to call whatever is or is not wherever or nowhere or everywhere: It is .   Tao And God. I just came across a statement about the Tao and God. The statement put forth was pondering if the Tao is before or after God. If you get into Taoism, time matters not. As well, Brahman is a concept that tends to be a concept and state of being with total unity, knowledge, and a lack of uncertainty; however, the Tao "The Path" is rife with uncertainty, chaos, and ignorance. Aspects, Emanations, Incarnations and Forms of God in Vaishnava Tradition.

The Vaishnava tradition of Hinduism recognizes five aspects of the Supreme Being: (Paramatman), which are: Para, the transcendental Supreme Being beyond all. Vyuhas, the emanations of God who reside in the higher planes.

Most Taoists and Hindu's think of the Tao and Brahman as interchangeable, the same thing just with a different name. In the Tao te Ching, the Tao is not considered a concious entity, but "an empty vessel, that may yet be drawn from without ever needing to be filled" (chapter 4), and more generally as the pervading force behind the universe.

The result of that life-changing year was my best-selling book Change Your Thoughts—Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao. In reflection and honor of the upcoming year anniversary of my experience reflecting and walking the path of the Tao, I’ll be spending the coming year—my 75th—reflecting on all that I have learned from.

Brahma is usually depicted as having four faces, symbolic of a wide-ranging four-square capacity, as expressed in the four Veda s (collections of poems and hymns), the four yuga s (“ages”), the four varna s (social classes), the four directions, the four stages of life (ashrama s), and so forth.

Chapter 1 The definition of Tao. Tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao. A name that can be named is not an eternal name.

Invisible was the name given to Tao at the origin of heaven and earth. Visible was the name given to Tao as the mother of all things. Hence, when Tao is always invisible, one would grok its quale.

Brahma is the Hindu Creator god. He is also known as the Grandfather and as a later equivalent of Prajapati, the primeval first god. In early Hindu sources such as the Mahabharata, Brahma is supreme in the triad of great Hindu gods which includes Shiva and Vishnu.

Brahma (Sanskrit: ब्रह्मा, IAST: Brahmā) is the creator god in Hinduism. He is also known as Svayambhu (self-born) or the creative aspect of Vishnu, Vāgīśa (Lord of Speech), and the creator of the four Vedas, one from each of his is consort of Saraswati and he is the father of Four Kumaras, Narada, Daksha, Marichi and many more.

When one comes across statues of the Hindu God Brahma, the God of Creation, he is dripping in symbolism. Brahma is unique in that he has four faces and four hands.

He often carries a book and prayer beads. In all Hindu sculpture the things the gods carry; weapons, books, bowls, the amount of faces Continue reading "Symbols Surrounding Lord Brahma". Etymology and related terms.

Sanskrit Brahman (an n -stem, nominative bráhmā) from a root bṛh- "to swell, expand, grow, enlarge" is a neuter noun to be distinguished from the masculine brahmán —denoting a person associated with Brahman, and from Brahmā, the creator God in the Hindu Trinity, the Trimurti.

William Marrion Branham has 36 books on Goodreads with ratings. William Marrion Branham’s most popular book is An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages.

Brahma is the first god in the Hindu triumvirate, or trimurti. The triumvirate consists of three gods who are responsible for the creation, upkeep and destruction of the world.

The other two gods are Vishnu and Shiva. Vishnu is the preserver of the universe, while Shiva's role is to destroy it in order to re-create. Tao is God, according to the Chinese who translate Gospel John thus: “In the beginning was the Tao, and the Tao was with God, and the Tao was God.” According to the English translation of the Bible, the Word is God.

And according to the original Greek version of the Bible, Logos is God. Than Tao Mahaprom is believed to be a Brahma god full of kindness, mercy, sympathy and impartiality. Each virtue is represented in the four faces of the image, radiating serene grace.
